Call for Prairie Art Network Advisory Board Members!

Purpose: In order to best represent the diversity of visual arts educators, professionals, and students in the prairie region, the Prairie Art Network is seeking applications to join our new advisory board. 

Duties + Compensation: We have secured funding to offer 8 PAN Advisory Board Members an honorarium for their work. At present we hope that this board will help guide the work of the Prairie Art Network, organize 2-3 online events each year around themes related to their areas of expertise, and undertake planning for the sustainability of PAN.

We are currently seeking advisory board members who can contribute to supporting PAN programming in the following arts-related areas:

• Curatorial 

• Public Programming, Engagement, and Communications

• Fund Development

• Collections Management and/or Conservation

• Public Art

• Indigenous art or material culture

• Academic (sessional, tenure or tenure-track faculty)

• Graduate Student

We are particularly interested in ensuring representation from equity-seeking groups. We are currently applying for funds to provide honoraria to board members.
